This Refund Policy applies only to services provided directly by Informavie Design, a creative digital agency, and to websites owned and managed by Informavie Design. It does not apply to third-party services, external providers, or websites not controlled by Informavie Design.

Delivery Policy Applicability
Our delivery commitments depend on clear communication and timely sharing of required project information from the client. Delays in providing necessary inputs may affect delivery timelines and refund eligibility.
Limitation of Liability
Informavie Design’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the incomplete portion of the project at the time of cancellation. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service use, delay, or non-delivery unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Processing of Refunds
